Agreed. This has been the talk amongst Dominicans for years. This is nothing new. I've been hearing it for as long as I can remember.

is this apart from the 50 million dollars for education system and 100 million dollars for health system from last month? plus 33 million dollars and 5.2 million euros for programa de desarrollo urbano y programas de sociales from last week?
