CLARO, 101 Number associated to someone's landline account??

I was helping someone with checking up her phone bill online, and there's this 101 phone number which appears, besides her landline number, as associated to her account. It's a number she has no clue about. Does anyone know what this could be?

We did call Claro but haven't been able to reach a human being.

So maybe that's what it is. I did get to talk to a customer service person over the phone but he had no idea, not even info on what a 101 number could be for. He said you'd have to go to a Claro center for that.
