You just needed to go through a US Online Travel Agent like Orbitz, they have been selling Condor one way DR - Germany all the times.

They also has the best price to flight to San Jose from Santo Domingo, the only problem is that you can not book online from their webside, you have to buy the ticket direct in the office or with a travel agent.
That is true and we all did exactly that before, but you could never get their best deals and offers/sales through an agent.

you could also fly to NYC on Jet Blue (the only airline to fly, imho) rt $437.80 and take Aeroflot to Berlin for $864.. This will result, of course, in a far more expensive trip since you will have to spend at least one night in NYC and if you are going to spend one night, why not three? And there goes your budget.

taxi from SD to Punta Cana is about US $100.. Do not know how you get there from the NC.
No, Jetair Stop also in Santo Domingo, From Brusels to Santo Domingo is Direct, then they go to Punta Cana and from there back to Brusels Direct, 2 days a week.
Arkefly is the one that only fly to Punta Cana.
