Dear "Hillbilly",last time I was in Santiago was about 3 years ago! I was in Super Mercado National.I struck-up a conversation with a "Big" man I thought to be Dominican,but he turned out to be an American (West Virginian?) who had lived in Santiago for "ever". He invited me and a friend to his home,nearby,and we smoked some good dominican cigars ,and talked.Was that you? Criss
