this is funny... u have to have a fence surrounding your farm...i have heard of farms being cleared when owners where not there...
trucks run here and there with no bills,receipts etc...
as soon as they make it mandatory to have a receipt, from a farm, merchant etc... stop trucks at night..inspections etc...
