staying in santo domingo feb/march 2015

I normally stay in the colonial zone and for the last number of years have stayed at arzobispo nouel...in a 2 bedroom apt for $850 a month
I was thinking of moving a little bit out of the zone.. but not too far...although travelling alone I want a 2 bedroom apt...I like my space
I am prepared to pay more ...my requirements would be space,comfort,not to much noise,security ,parking
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
