It may be a coincidence, but Junior was the paid PR guy for the La Boca "eco" project that ran into serious trouble with the Ministry of Environment resulting in the arrest of the developer. Michel was one the persons who brought that problem to the attention of the authorities. Just saying. It could be a coincidence.
