Does anyone know what's going on with Costambar Cable. I know they're pretty bad usually anyway but my cable has been out for two weeks. There's actually a cable lying on the ground in front of the house next door. After four visits to the office, I'm getting no help. The office worker, who doesn't speak English, took down a repair ticket but said she did not know when a technician would be available. I've paid annually in the past but I guess I'm not paying again for the entire year...maybe they're going out of business slowly? Any ideas or assistance is welcome.
