I am extremely disapponted in the continued censorship the moderators exhibit on the message boards. Specifically with respect to the recent thread about the killing of an american citizen in Gazcue. Not only was the thread censored, but I am appalled that this news item did was not even covered in your daily news transmittal. Can you clue me in on the reason for that? A case like this requires the help of the media to capture the perpetrator. Not be swept under the rug as DR1 has done. Again I wanted to voice my extreme disappointment to you. I have been a contributor and friend of DR1 for many years. This case hit home as although I do not share the victims penchant for men, I have indeed walked many of the same steps, and visited many of the same places. It could have easily been me or any one of us. Public safety is a huge problem in DR. Your ignoring it and censoring it does absolutely nothing to help.
