I will like to know what bank in one of the three location (PUERTO PLATA, SOSUA OR CABARETE) that will accept a
DIRECT DEPOSIT from a United States Bank?

That answers one potential direct deposit method regarding Social Security benefits. I am surprised to hear this is possible.

We don't know exactly what type of direct deposit to which the OP refers. I suspect no other direct deposits exist from the US to the DR.
