Looking for a real estate agent and expats in the Colonial Zone to interview

My name is David Hammond. I am a correspondent for International Living Magazine. I will be in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone Monday, December 15th doing research for an article, and would like to interview a reputable real estate agent about what types of properties are available and price ranges. I would also like to interview expats from the U.S. or Canada living in or near the Colonial Zone willing to share their insights and experience living in this area.
