I am aware that this has to do with the dropping of oil prices OPEC has imposed. Due to VEN PETROCARIBE treaty with many nations in the Caribbean are given $8 Billion in oil subsidies for 25 yrs at 1 percent a year.
How will this affect DR's economy?
