I'm referring to the eyesore she has created on the road above Sosua beach. It doesn't look like anything on the poster boards. All she seems to have done is make to road almost impassable duing rush hour and make a mess of the surrounding scenery! There isn't very much to show that work will resume on this project. I'm guessing the cotractor has spent all the money until another cash injection comes their way.
