I've been in the DR for a month. My family's from here and I've come out here indefinitely. Living in an unincorporated part of Santo Domingo Este; just got back from Sosua. I actually didn't grow up here and don't know that country all that well. Growing up, trips to DR meant that we were shuttled from the airport to my family's home in Santo Domingo, with the odd trip to the North Coast. I'm very excited to experience the country of my heritage through my own eyes. And I'm excited to get to speak with everyone about their experiences here.
