walter musa sacked people involved in the recent cases of land invasion and promises that he will permit it. it's good news for POP because that means cleaner city, more order and better traffic.
i'm thinking that cruise ship port is forcing some changes in POP areas. i still think that money-wise the province is not going to profit as much as they promise but it's bringing some positive changes to POP.
