D.R. exports to Russia

From news update:

The new opportunity for DR produce opened up after a trade embargo was imposed on Russia over its policy in the Ukraine.

The whole idea behind the embargos was to punish Russia for their lethal behavior in Ukraine. Anyone else think this is a kind of underhanded way for the D.R. to take advantage of another countries suffering ?

Russians placed EU on embargo by refusing to buy their agriculture products in response to their sanctions and are now replacing the EU imports bit by bit. Good opportunity for DR.

EU introduced sanction on russia because of their invasion of crimea. russia responded with embargo on EU and some USA produce. you can hardly say it was EU fault. nonetheless it is a good opportunity for other countries to jump the money train. until russia puts embargo on them as well.
