I was on this road at Easter and at that time the bridge over the river had columns built and the rest of the road was under construction but not paved. Got a puncture too!
Does anybody know if the road is completed and paved yet?
This would come into ones planning when travelling from the North to the South West. All paved except a short section from El Guayabal to Constanza.
