Yep. I met him while I stood at Rocky's a few years ago.

He was practically a staple there. Despite some of his more pessimistic views, he had a wealth of knowledge and helped me navigate many different aspects of life.

Only met the man a couple brief times, when I was with other people so didnt have a chance to talk with him at length, but he was always friendly and a seemed very Knowledgeable on many things, esp enjoyed his stories about South America, like Argentina , i think he used to live there couple years back.

RIP Benny.....he was a special guy. He always said hi, always a laugh or two. He may have moaned and groaned on DR1 but I found him in reality to be a person who enjoyed life.
