Are there any existing collections of the laws [perhaps all of the laws?] of the Dominican Republic avaible in English language translations? In Books? On the internet? From the US government? Where? How much? Comments? Suggestions? Thank you.

Both the labor code and the tax code were translated into English and published by the law firm of Russin Vecchi & Heredia Bonetti translation department. The translations were sponsered by the Dominican Association of Foreign Investors, the American Chamber of Commerce of the Dominican Republic, Codetel (the telephone company), Falconbridge Dominicana (a mining company) and the Recreational Footwear Company, the Dominican free zone company producing "Timberline" footwear.

Except for the codes mentioned in the post above, I don't know of any existing English translations for the other "classic" codes (Civil, Commercial, Penal, Civil Procedure and Criminal Procedure). In Spanish the Codes are available at the website of the Supreme Court (www.suprema.gov.do) although they are not always kept up to date (for example, I tried to save some time yesterday while replying to the question on the legality of prostitution by cutting and pasting Article 334 from the Supreme Court website only to find out that they had not taken into account the 1997 amendment!)
