we've had many good threads in the past about dominican names. today i read one that brought tears to my eyes:
fiscal adjunto, licenciado Hitler Stalin S?nchez.
it's from this article: Mujer de 22 a?os muere envenenada

who the fcuk are parents naming their son hitler stalin?????? i've seen hitler before. i've seen stalin before. but together? god have mercy.

Odin came to us last week fixing something in the house. Showing him my tattoo of him (the "real" Odin) he was adamant my tattoo is a Jesus one...

doctor iv?n rivera bastardo is a governor of POP province. "bastardo" is his second last name, i believe.

When I was a hippie I knew a girl who changed her name to Sally Ally Muffin Stuffin.

I once lived in a commune type place. There were three kids, not related. Earth, Sun and Sky. One of the women named Wave gave birth in a tipi. Swear to god!

None of these compare to the real life society dame here in Santiago whose nickname is "Cuca", her last name is Llenas and she married a guy
whose last name was Bello.

Just pronounce it the 'Dominican' way....
