Radiator repair

I own a liquid cooled motorcycle in Sosua. Last trip it was overheating and I've eliminated all possible causes except a plugged radiator. It is an aluminium radiator, anyone know where I can get it unplugged and flushed preferably in Sosua or Cabarete or POP area.

Okay thanks. Yes there is a Harley shop right in Sosua. I'm not there right now and I was hoping someone here could recommend someone for when I return.
