    I ate once there. It was not bad. Across from the Metro Bus pick up area. I think the location suffers from being "hidden". Nice locale once you are inside.

    Well first of all it's IN DOWNTOWN SOSUA!!!! Secondly, I only paid about a 1/4 of the $150K you mentioned and its established and already profitable!! Rated in the top 5 places to eat in all of Sosua!!

    You're right, it is kinda hidden and is still profitable. I will be marketing it more. The food is AWESOME!!

    My situation is not an option on the poll, technically. I have been living in DR since 2006 full time, except< I traveled 70-80% of the time for work. Never overstayed tourist card etc.
    I am currently unemployed, on vacation in US and once back in DR will decide whet the future holds. IT looks like staying or having at least one foot in DR may be in the cards, but likely will be traveling way less either way. So, I will start the residency/citizenship process here at DR consulate in Miami maybe next week.
