I have a question from the following article written on June 22, 2015:
>
> 4. New ID card centers in the US
> Dominicans living in the United States can now receive their new ID and voting card at new centers located in the Dominican missions located in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The Dominican ambassador to the United States, Jose Tomas Perez stressed the importance of expatriate Dominicans obtaining their new IDs that are required for most transactions and for voting in the Dominican Republic.
>
> Other service centers are available in New York, Paterson (New Jersey), Boston, Miami, Philadelphia, San Juan (Puerto Rico), Panama City, Madrid, Barcelona, Zurich and Milan.
>

>
> It mentions the Dominican missions in North Carolina, as well as in other places. Where was this information taken from? I couldn't find it in the http link following. We have a daughter in North Carolina that needs to contact a center close to her to renew her cedula (ID card).
