Anyone is having speed problems with Claro today?

Today's Claro Internet performance is exceptionally bad. Is this just me or others have problems too?

I am having same problem. Websites load okay but online streaming sucks once again.

something is fcuked. i was looking up some images on google and whatever i clicked on would not load. you know, sometimes you click the image and it is blurry for a second before clearing up? this time no clearing up. but youtube is streaming fine.

Yup terrible today....starts out loading ok, than take ages to fully load.....grrrr

Could it be everyone downloading the new Widows 10 that became available this morning?

It's been doing this for the past 3 days for me.

On and off speed tests show regular speed then crawling slow speed.

It must be network wide since I've had others tell me they have problems as well.
