I am not sure if this is old or new but want to share with anyone here, I found this on facebook.

I hope this is true. I walked over the foot bridges a couple of years ago. Many parts where in such dis-repair they were not safe to cross, also the garbage found was also a major problem. As usual the local politicians let an iconic structure go to hell. Time to get their act together.
