Need transportation from SDQ to La Romana, trying to avoid backtracking. Looks like i can get a taxi from las americas to boca chica, tehen where can catch abus to la romana? Thanks!
No need to go to Boca Chica in a taxi . There is a bus stop on the Autopista just where the airport road meets the autopista and the gua guas stop there . It is very unlikely that a bus will stop because they are normally totally full by the time they reach the airport road or Boca Chica. If you take a taxi all the way the cost will be $90 ,maybe $10 more depending exactly you are going . To get to the autopista is a problem if you have luggage . There are moto conchos often to the right as you exit but the taxis will charge you an exhorbitant price for the small distane to the autopista or further on to Boca Chica...and I think you mean the corner where there are traffic lights and a Shell sevice station ..that is where all the gua guas stop. Not in Boca Chica itself. Take a taxi
