Local launder mat or service

My wife and I are leaving for Punta Cana in the morning and she was wondering about getting clothes washed...

I found a place called "Fresh Clean Laundry" real close to the resort.

What does it cost to do a load of laundry?

Or is this the kind of place where you bring them the clothes and they wash, dry and fold them for you?

It has been my experience that at any of these places you can do your laundry or have them do it (for a small fee). In reality let them do it and pay for the service, as you will wait a long time for a washer or drier to become available - as the staff are using them all doing other peoples clothes.
Enjoy yourself while it is being done and visit a few shops, local food service or a bar and enjoy the locals. Have a great visit, if it's your first one then you will find Friusa/ El Cortecito an interesting place

Price depends on what you look like. Send in a Dominican and it will be a lot less.

In Cabrera I pay 35 pesos per shirt or pants and 140 rd for a suit
wash dry and fold we pay around 100 rd per load
