Your ignorance is showing again. It is not a clip that holds the the ammunition for a 9mm. It is a magazine! A clip is what is used to hold rounds to load a weapon. A clip is used to load a M-1 Garand! Stripper Clips are used to load Enfields and Mausers.
BTW a real man uses a .45ACP!!!!!

Glocks? We don't need no stinking Glocks!

that's funny, all my handguns, .22, 9mm kurtz and 9mm all use clips. My rifles use magazines, except for my Mod. 94.

I think Tony is right

It is really a matter of semantics, and "culture".In VietNam we called the "magazine" a "clip",ie,"bannana clip". The "bullets","rounds","cartidges", came "out-of-the-box", about 5or6 joined together by a "clip" which you could use to "push" them into the "magazine". In the Navy you should say "Ship",but we sometimes said "boat" and not "ship". "This is my rifle, this is my "GUN', this is for shooting, this is for "FUN",anybody remember that little "boot-camp" poem? That was to teach young Marines that a "rifle" is not a "Gun"! How about "revolver" vs. "pistol"? Lets stop this now> Criss Colon

Thanks for backing me up Criss. I just all worked up with people who think they know everything. Especially with a hot topic like firearms. I get so riled when the press uses terminology incorrectly to further their anti-gun beliefs. Assault Rifles! Automatics!
You know what I mean

Tony C..wrong again

Tony C:

You are not going to get an argument for me. To me guns are are just toys. I am a car man. In fact, I put my gun under my seat where all the dirt piles up. That shows you how little I think of them. Take your serious gun talk to your Viet pals. I am not the soldier type. Talk to me about fashion, dance, politics, whatever...but guns?

I just used that gun analogy because all Dominican men do that for Christmas and girls get impressed. But guns dont impress me at all.

To me a clip and a magazine is the same thing. A bullet and lead is the same thing. I went to a military academy and hated it. I hate discipline and take orders from no one. I flunked ROTC, yet passed all my other assignments with over 90.

So your argument means nothing to me. I still like Glocks over other guns. Your opinion matters not to me.

TW,

Fashion? Dance? I am really begining to wonder about you!!! Do you have a rainbow flag sticker on your car?

Politics is not your strong point. And earlier posts prove you know nothing about cars.(You do know what PONTIAC stands for?)

So when do you have intelligent conversation?

And if my opinion means nothing to you why did you why did you post your last message?

Lighten up Dudette!!!

So far, the only thing you are an expert at is defensive gibberish. You post nothing original. You just react. Do you know anything about politics? I would like to read a post where you have made any contribution to any real subject.

As for masculinity, you might want to send your picture so everyone can see you are nothing but a fat old polyester chacabana decrepit left behind by the sex generation.

Hey guys, lets change the subject before you
shoot each other. A clever guy found
out that all profound things for human
kind comes down thru tubes like: GUN barrels, penis, pen. I think he just
scratched the surface with those 3
examples. Can you come up some more!
This is kind of an IQ test.

For Tony C:pontiac stands for Pace Car Daytona 500

TonyC:Here is what Pontiac stands for:pace Car for 2002 Daytona 500. Taken from Motortrend.com today.

Jay Leno to Pace Daytona 500 in Firebird Trans Am
January 16, 2002

Pontiac has announced that celebrity comedian, auto enthusiast, and "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno will serve as the official pace car driver for the 2002 Daytona 500 on February 17. Leno will drive the pace car version of the highly sought after 2002 Collector Edition Firebird Trans Am as part of Pontiac's ongoing celebration of the American muscle car icon during its last year of production. This year's Daytona 500 will be the 15th that has used a Trans Am as its pace car and the 30th race in a row paced by a Pontiac. "2002 is a special year for performance enthusiasts as Pontiac celebrates the Firebird and Trans Am with a special Collector Edition model," says Lynn C. Myers, Pontiac-GMC general manager. "Having Jay Leno behind the wheel at this year's Daytona 500 adds yet another element of excitement to this car's rich heritage."
A true racing and automotive enthusiast and avid car collector, Leno has participated as a pace driver or guest in many NASCAR events but has never driven at Daytona International Speedway. To help him prepare, Pontiac's own NASCAR Winston Cup Grand Prix driver Tony Stewart is teaching Leno the curves.

"There's definitely a unique thrill that only American musclecars can deliver and Firebird is one of those classic cars that's forever etched into American culture," says Leno. "Driving in this car at a track as legendary as Daytona with Tony Stewart is an experience that I'm very much looking forward to."

Look for coverage of the 2002 Firebird Trans Am Collector Edition, Jay and Tony's track day, and the Daytona 500 at MT Online, and listen for the interviews to appear on MT Radio.

So what.? GM's Pontiac division paid ISC to have the firebird as this years NASCAR Daytona 500 pace car. And we all know how controversial Jay Leno is! Hell, 3 years ago He drove the pace car at the Pennzoil 400 and he was raving about Dodge Inrepid. Pay him and he will say anything!
Don't even think about trying to pretend that you know more about motorsports than me. I have been a fan since I was 12. A member of the SCCA since I was 18. I hold competition licenses in SCCA National, NASA, ARC, HSR, SVRA and NASCAR. I am also currently the Chairman of the South Florida Motorports Host Committee.

Is Tony C?

Is Tony C. the guy Hlywud is refering to who replies to everything, but never starts any threads?

So far, Tony talks about his cars, his associations and on and on, but where is the proof?

Any pictures of your cars Tony? How about your picture next to some famous car drivers? And we are not talking about honkie tonk rudes from a small town. You never dare say what kind of car do you drive. Why? Any pictures? How fast is it?

Do you have a web page on your great racing career? Or even listing of your name on any racing web page? Let's have it. Put up or shut up.

Tifosi is a Ferrari Fan!!!

And right now they are a worried bunch because Ferrari may start the 2002 season in the 2001 car!!

Whoever thought Tifosi = Mafiosi is a dumb ass.

And about the guns...yes I have one too. It works fine and I shot four Dominican chicks when I was there last week.

AZB can probably confirm that news! This guys seems to be the know all of Santiago.

TW, have sympathy

on poor Tony C...he's stuck being a Cubano who wannabe a Dominicano but since he can't be he has to try to show his machismo by cutting down anything or anyone Domincan. I saw on a newlsetter that the South Florida Motor Sports Host Commitee was sponsoring a bicycle race...didn't know Ferrari was making bicycles...
