I have been under anesthesia and as soon as the punch that IV and starts burning, am out w/o been able to hear a word.....

banana does reproduce itself, no? it gets those little banana plans sprout around it. they will, eventually, grow to bear fruit.

Yep, I thought the same thing - we grow bananas, platanos, rulos, etc., and they all sprout from the root after you cut the racimo [I think].

they come out all the time. we have small bananas around trees that did not have fruits yet.
