Hello,

I currently have a rental property I am looking to advertise for long term rental in Santo Domingo. Does anyone know any websites I can proactively advertise in. I have it listed with ReMAX but also want to do my own advertising.

The DR sites I know of are these:

SuperCasas.com
Corotos.com


If anyone knows any good sites, please post on this thread.

Thanks. I saw that. I need other alternatives as well. Primarily specialized sites.

Megadivo, it depends on how you wish market your place. What time frame are you offering, ie, four days, month, winter, all year? If you will need cleaning, transfers to airport, and welcoming info, a property manager is sometimes a viable option. Best of luck with it!!

I am looking to rent long term. I want to try the AirBnB method as an alternative, but since this property is located in D.N,
I rather do the long term thing.
