Is there a district, coffeehouse or bar that American and Canadian expats hang out? I prefer the Colonial Zone.

Since Drakes closed none that i know of. Their is Harry's but it's not popular for some reason. The Swiss owner is very Booring if he is there!

Anaway if you go to the Colonial Zone you must take A taxi Maribel eliminated all parking.
