What is 64 tarreas of land worth near yamasa
Well... as the saying goes, it depends.
A cow could be worth about 50,000 pesos or more, depending on the age, size, etc.
A tarea (629 mt sq.) can be worth 10,000 pesos and it can be worth a million.

Yamasa is not exactly hot territory.
Before in the campo north of Villa Altagracia which is not so far away, you would start the haggling at US$2 per square metre for farm land .....the seller would be looking for 100k rd up per tarea.
Very decent farm land there could attract up to $7 sm. Prices are a couple of years back but any property or land in the campo is most definitely negotiable downwards from what the seller suggests.

ROJOBRAVO, I know someone with land nearby/in Yamasa, who bought my in-laws cows when they sold their 1000 tareas. I'm trying to get their contact info for you.
Rojobravo, you tried advertising this farm in Real Estate forum, you need to purchase a AD from DR1 to do this!

i live in florida i cannot keep them but if a meat cow is bringing 1100 us. I think about moving to dr
