He should have a night shift in Sosua. AMET people are all over in the day time but not to be found at night. Moto Concho's are not required to wear their helmets at night (So they say). Vehicles, cars and motos with no lights, travelling the wrong way on one way streets, going through red lights are only a few examples on what goes on at night.
