Spanish classes or tutor in Santiago
Try UNAPEC in Santiago. I am enrolled in the Santo Doming campus. mon-fri 8-10,10-12 or 7pm-9pm 3500 rd per semester.
There are Spanish classes at several places. These go from PUCMM's Espa?ol para Extranjeros to a bevy of private teachers.
There are several Spanish language programs--for profit and very expensive-- as well as Berlitz.
I do not think Unapec is in Santiago.

You can try the ISLA institute - there are two "recintos", one on Estrella Sadhala next to UTESA (in the Alianza Francesa campus), and the other in Villa Olga. This is where the Haitian students who come to Santiago to study do their Spanish classes to get ready for the uni.
They offer private classes and group classes.
Berlitz will "open a group" for you - but they are very expensive.
You could try at a colegio and see if their Spanish teacher is willing to teach private classes, but you'd be getting someone who isn't *really* a language teacher.
