Not only that, it has also been hacked at least twice. Do a google search for DGM, same site but .gob instead of .gov, amongst others.

Also, JCEs went on the " digital" craze......except anything that needs legalisado, which is mostly everything ( seems nobody trusts each other.....), still needs to be sent to Santiago ( in my case ).....
So what was the whole point of digitilazing, if everything is just as slow ?
And you have to pay for it........
