    I've never seen it in the DR, but I'd expect it to be popular. Dominicans love to gamble and it's common enough in Catholic churches.

    Last I checked yes I am able but would I? NO WAY!! Have you met or seen my wife? I am a VERY lucky guy.

    I will just go buy my own bingo dabber and start my own bingo. Hehe.

    Subsequent to that, the owners lack Customer service skills, they primarily cater to their buddies, everyone else, just hand over your cash...

    Sad to hear bad press on the place. A good restaurant owner can be a great concierge and make the difference in tourists coming back to town. If you limit good service to your regs, the business can only go down.
