We are two single 30+ black males wanting to explore the DR party life. Which is the best place to go. We looking for a place where the women are beautiful and the nights are fun and long.

"...where the women are beautiful and the nights are fun and long."

Go to Noreway, nights are longer there than they are in Sousa... :bunny:

You'll quickly find that Sosua and Cabarete are 10 minutes from each other, and people regularly shuttle back and forth. So, it's really kind of a false choice.

It's hard not to have fun in either spot. Good luck!

Sosua is a great place to pick up prostitutes. Cabarete is a great place to avoid them (somewhat).

I just got back from Sosua. You can't swing a dead cat and not hit hundreds of them.
Let me know were you hang out. It would be nice to sit and have a beer without getting propositioned every 2 minutes.
Although it is good for the ego.

And of course, if you stay in Sosua, you will stay at the New Garden Hotel. It's a match made in heaven.

Do both they are close enough to each other. Cheap transport available as well.
Technically Cabarete is simply a neighborhood or a village within Sosua. Almost no one sees it that way because there is quite some semi-rural stretch between the built up area of Sosua and the string of buildings known as Cabarete, but technically its all one municipality.

I don't believe this to be true. They are both part of the district (territory) of Puerto Plata.
