Getting 3g or 4g Internet data for Samsung Galaxy s6 in Sosua

I have been searching online and haven't found an answer about getting a nano sim (the smallest sim type) for an unlocked Samsung galaxy S6 (Verizon) for either 3g or preferrably 4g (LTE). I will be staying for 5 days and would like access to data. I don't care about calls or texts. Do you have to go to a mobile provider like Orange or one of the others and get a sim card or can you get one some place in Sosua? I don't speak Spanish so I need some place where a person can help me to install as I know sometimes it's tricky to get data working with international sim cards. I know gas stations or other stores sometimes sell sim cards but I have never found a nano sim at these type of places in any of the countries I have traveled like Thailand, Philippines, Mexico, etc. Thanks,
