Liquor licence is it NEEDED costs???

Im curious
If someone had a small bed and breakfast or small hotel are they legally permitted to sell alcohol to its residents?
If a license is need what is the process and possible costs??

There is no such thing as a liquor license in the DR. You do however, if you want to do this legally need some type of permit for a business and probably need to be a legal resident.
