I am interested in operating portable in the Juan Dolio area any help with HF Operations and VHF repeater frequencies and offsets would be appreciated ..

I hold a valid FCC Extra class License

I as most cruisers through the Caribbean have SSB on board. Not sure if this is relevant to you, but here are marine frequencies used around the Caribbean.
