2030? Sad. The Govt can build subways and paint the intersections of the Capitol yellow, but people still do not have access to regular running water, basic sanitation services. Priorities, pretty much says it all.

Kickbacks and new yipetas. They do things that can bring them money to their pockets. Clean water is not one of those things, at least now.
