The felon is the grandmother of the of the baby girl, she claim during the arrest she didn't
hurt the infant that she got hurt because she felt off while trying to climb a cabinet.

Good job by the person who took the video!

Any form of child abuse needs tackling and in domestic situations in DR it will be challenging.

But the child abuse that frontlines many media outlets today is child pornography with a stated 21,000 persons in DR exchanging images of children being sexually violated. It states that the number identified using 'technologies' is not confined to foreigners.
