I know that the MFY fans will come out (in droves) to kvetch about Papi. Juicing, etc. So what. He is the face of Red Sox Nation and he will always have my complete and total love and respect.

There is no stat for clutch. But he invented it.

I think it's so funny when Yankee fans get all carried away by Sox hate. It's sort of cute.

The on dit is that he---like many others, including somebody who wore #13 for the MFYs---did.

I like them both. Anyone from NY who follows baseball (excluding those that like that other team from NY whose name I can never remember) understands the dislike of the Red Sucks.
