Find a bar with decent free internet and drink lots of beer and/or rum.

The prepaid plans don't get unlimited internet here. 3gb should last you a week unless you do a lot of streaming videos.

Doesn't the hotel you are staying at provide it? I am sure there are plenty of public places that will offer it. Just remember it is public and you could be hacked.

Paid hotel wifi can be expensive and grossly overloaded based on the number of guests connected at any given time. I am sure that some hotels offer better internet service than others. The best course of action to recommend for a short term visitor would depend on just what use that unlimited access would be put to. If one is looking to download or stream tv programs you could be waiting a while. If you are checking email and surfing the web, that would probably work much better just about anywhere.

Resorts charge insane prices but many small hotels offer free though spotty Wifi. I use a small $40 Android tablet from Best Buy for my wifi. Bringing down a laptop is pretty cumbersome if you are looking for free hotspots. There are usually wifi logos where it's available. Internet cafes are common, but the keyboards are not usually English based.

Check whichever hotel you chose on Trip Adviser. Wifi good or bad is often mentioned in reviews.

You can go to the Hard Rock Casino without being a guest. Wifi is free, usually reliable. Also some computers in the Sportsbook you can use. You did not hear this from me.

Most restaurants and bars have free wifi. Where will you be staying? I can recommend places close by. The community you are in may have wifi as well, many do. You can also purchase a Hotspot from Claro or Orange. You add credit as you need it. This may be your best option.

You purchase a small device. Similar to a thumb drive. It has a sim card and you top it up as needed. It can be plugged into the wall and shared by several devices.
