Lease help please

Good day and thanks in advance for any help or advice!

We wish to have a long-term lease of a condo in Bavaro and understand that the lease must be in Spanish to be legal.

I am using translation programs and trying to read it using my fledging Spanish.

I have found a few terms that were surprising to me, so far. And i see nearly no language spelling out the obligations of the landlord, but plenty describing our responsibilities.

So, two questions:

1) anyone have a copy of a residential lease that I could use to compare to this one?*

2) anyone have a referral to a reasonable attorney in Bavaro to read this for us before we sign it? Seems prudent!*
