As I live there , a big difference in less garbage is very obvious .........Now about the crime problem???????DOC????????

Just give Abel some time, he will make santiago a great place to live again. he is already making changes and people know he is a busy man. He takes this city seriously as he is also a santiaguero. Most of his family lives in santiago.
