I noticed a previous thread but it was from 2007 . I was wondering if anyone had any direct knowledge in regards to a American citizen with a bachelors in Hotel Management and a TEFL certification getting a job as an English teacher in Santo Domingo.
I am willing to put in the work to increase the chances. I travel often to DR often and would like to one day move there. I understand just because one KNOWS english doesn't make you qualified to teach it but I am still young ( 30) and would like to try. I am also fully fluent in Spanish
What are some of the " better " schools ??? Any info is extremely appreciated !
