Just about any cambio will do it. Caribe Express and Vimenca WU take Euro for Pesos.

They are hard to get rid of, in any country these days, except for shady restaurants around the town center of Brussels, they seem to be into large bills there. In France it was almost impossible, and here in the DR some people are stuck with them.

LMAO. Changing large bills for over 20 years has it's risks but have never lost. A few minor problems perhaps but always got the deal done. Cashing large checks is easy too after being here a few years. No banks involved and all is good. We learned never to use ATM's or CC's at any bank and only use ONE CC that requires use to authorize via our cell phone. We no call.... not transaction.
