The connection fee is 137.25. The first 200 kWh are charged at 4.44 pesos per kWh, the next 100 kWh is at 6.97 pesos per kWh, the next 400 kWh are charged at 10.86 per kWh. If you go over 700 kWh, your entire usage is charged at 10.86 kWh. The reason for the higher charges for higher usage is that you are subsidizing those that steal power, which is a very large percentage of the people.
