Sorry I don't know. I don't live in LT any longer, however when I did live there quite frequently there was burning of garbage and the air quality was terrible. I think this is a common occurence. Keep you windows closed if possible.
Yep... they (city? dump operators?) have been burning basura and photos have been posted on Facebook of a smoky haze..; BUT... it does not seem to affect air quality "down" here in LT...
